I am a Yoga Teacher and Fitness Instructor cooperating with local gyms in the Greater Vancouver Area. 

After having explored various kinds of Yoga for over a decade, by now I am very proud to be a Yoga teacher. As a personal trainer, I am able to integrate the benefits of yoga poses into the correct fitness techniques. With a dancing background that stretches back all the way to my childhood I create this personalized Yoga-Fitness Fusion program.
