I have been practicing Yoga with Jannette since last summer and I told her I had back pain, sciatica and a persistent knee problem. During our personal training sessions, Jannette recommended a few minor alignment changes, advice on preparing for certain poses that I was struggling with.


Bottom line: Through careful observation, guidance and adjustments I am pain-free in my back, hips and feel stronger overall. She was incorporating her experience as personal trainer into her instructions! No wonder I feel stronger and more fit than ever before. The combination of personal training techniques is highly complimentary to a mindful concentrated Yoga practice. The blend of both disciplines has been incredible. I cannot recommend her highly enough if you are considering a personalized focused program for yourself. 

And finally, Jannette is the most dedicated and disciplined person I have ever met when it comes to nutrition. She eats a vegan - vegetarian diet that clearly benefits in her personal training career. I could not even tempt her with a power cookie from Whole Foods :)

I am a Realtor in Vancouver, BC.

A major part of my job is doing paperwork and sitting at my desk for longer than I should. Therefore, I have been suffering from lover-back and shoulder pain for an extended period of time , also I was hoping to loose some weight.

I have met Jannette in her Yoga class. She gave me a couple of suggestions, they worked  for my body in some yoga postures.  I started seeing her on a regular basis. She designed a program specifically for me and I have been experiencing consistent improvement.


I am glad I found Jannette.

I am an Architect in Vancouver, BC.

I was looking for a balance for my job, in which I mainly sit and do drawings. In my spare time I usually play a lot of tennis. And I noticed that my entire muscle system was in imbalance. 

I have been training with Jannette for more than 6 months now. At the beginning I did not want to write a testimonial but I think there are more people like myself out there who are in desperate need of balancing the system. My arms are in the process of getting better, I can see and feel the results. 


I am glad I made the decision to meet her and  to push through with it in the long term. She not only helped my with my arm, she also taught me how to appreciate the necessary process and approach it with patience.
